This ground floor, all one level unit at Hampshire House has everything that is needed for low mantinence, "lock & leave" living. The unit has been so very lightly lived in and maintained to perfection. The wood floors are in excellent condition and the laundry space is large enough to have an office area making work from home easy without ultilizing a bedroom. This complex has a Broadway address, but sits on Corita Street making it easy for friends & family to park directly in front of the unit. The Refrigerator and the Washer & Dryer convey, so, if you are looking for easy condo living in 78209, this one has no objections. I am so excited for you to see this wonderful unit!
